I didn’t start this because I was good at the game. I started because I was hungry — for connection, for ritual, for something that felt alive again. Mahjong found me at a moment when I was quietly unraveling: successful on the outside but craving a spark on the inside.

That first table changed everything. The laughter, the rhythm of the tiles, the way a simple game demanded presence — it was the revival I didn’t know I needed. I realized it wasn’t just about learning Mahjong. It was about belonging. About saying yes to yourself, then yes to the women across from you.

And so, The Lovely Society was born, a ritual collective where Mahjong is the entry point, but the magic is what happens beyond the game.

Today, I host retreats, lessons, leagues, and experiences that make everyday life feel ceremonial. I design accessories that turn the practical into the beautiful. And most of all, I create spaces where women can gather, glow, and remember: You were never meant to do life alone.
